On behalf of China Section, AOAC INTERNATIONAL, we would like to cordially invite you to attend the China Section meeting Food Analytical Science and Standards 2027. This conference will be held on March 23-25, 2027 in Wuxi, China.The meeting is co-organized by AOAC China section and Qingdao Tiandi Dayou Technology Co., Ltd.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform/bridge for scientists and regulators from China and global to exchange the advanced analytical science and standardsin food nutrition and safety, to know the update scientific activities of AOAC stakeholder panels, and the collaboration and harmonization of AOAC/ISO/IDF and GB on analytical standards, with involvement from China. The progress of China national food safety standards (GB) evaluation program will also be presented and discussed. The details of the conference are as follows:

The conference will include 1 Plenary Session and 12 breakout sessions, focusing on below topics:
a. Harmonization of AOAC/ISO/IDF with GB methods
b. Progress of China GB standards follow up evaluation program
c. Advances of analytical science and technologies on new emerging contaminants and additives, allergen, food contact materials, food authenticity and traceability, microbial detection, food nutrition and dietary supplement, food for special medical purpose, alternative, rapid method detectionand AI application, functional food, food nutrition and dietary supplement detection, reference materials and standards.
d. Progress of AOAC stakeholder panels
