A symposium on the study of coordination between national standards and international standards was held in Beijing

检验方法标准是食品安全标准的主要核心内容,是食品安全法规的重要组成部分,是实现食品安全科学管理、强化各环节监管的重要技术要求和保障。根据中国认证认可协会印发的2025-2026 年检验方法类食品安全国家标准跟踪评价工作方案》通知要求,由AOAC中国分部负责牵头组织任务三工作研究。9月24日,第三工作组会议在京召开,来自国家食品安全风险评估中心、中国认证认可协会、AOAC中国分部以及国内外20家机构专业技术人员近40余人参加会议。会议由AOAC中国分部主席梁成珠研究员主持。

Test method standards are the main core content of food safety standards, an important part of food safety regulations, and crucial technical requirements and guarantees for achieving scientific management of food safety and strengthening supervision at various links. According to the notice of the 'Work Plan for Tracking and Evaluation of National Food Safety Standards for Test Methods (2025-2026)' issued by the China Certification and Accreditation Association, the AOAC China Section is responsible for leading and organizing the research work for Task Three. On September 24, the third working group meeting was held in Beijing. Nearly 40 professional technicians from the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, China Certification and Accreditation Association, AOAC China Section, and 20 domestic and foreign institutions attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Researcher Liang Chengzhu, President of the AOAC China Section.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhu Yingxin, Senior Vice President of Agilent Technologies Global and General Manager of Agilent's Greater China North Region for System Sales, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of Agilent. Zheng Xin, Senior Vice President of Agilent Technologies Global and Senior Marketing Director for Greater China, shared Agilent's recent developments and strategies. She emphasized Agilent's leading position in innovation within the scientific instrument field, its layout for the digital laboratory ecosystem, and its commitment to deepening its presence in the Chinese application market, actively practicing sustainable development, continuously innovating, and working hand in hand with customers to explore the frontiers of science.

中国认证认可协会科技委秘书长、检测分会副会长周琦研究员介绍了2025-2026年检验方法类食品安全国家标准跟踪评价工作方案;国家食品安全风险评估中心标准四室主任肖晶研究员对检验标准国家食品安全跟踪评价,尤其是国内外标准比对研究提出了指导性意见和建议,为未来食安标准的规范化发展,有序推动技术创新提出新要求;梁成珠研究员系统地介绍了食品安全检验方法国家标准与国际标准协调性研究的具体方案,提出要继续搭建国内外标准组织沟通与对话的桥梁,追踪国际组织和相关国家检验方法标准发展,开展已发布GB与AOAC/ISO/IDF标准比对研究,力争达到四种跟踪评价目标,提出我国检验方法标准的制修订建议,研究国内外关注的标准方法,推动我国标准向国际标准转化。

Researcher Zhou Qi, Secretary-General of the Science and Technology Committee and Vice President of the Testing Branch of the China Certification and Accreditation Association, introduced the 2025-2026 Work Plan for Tracking and Evaluation of National Food Safety Standards for Testing Methods. Researcher Xiao Jing, Director of the Fourth Department of the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, provided guiding opinions and suggestions on the national tracking evaluation of testing standards for food safety, particularly on comparative studies between domestic and international standards, putting forward new requirements for the standardized development of future food safety standards and the orderly promotion of technological innovation. Researcher Liang Chengzhu systematically introduced the specific plan for the study on the coordination between national food safety testing method standards and international standards, proposing to continue building a bridge for communication and dialogue between domestic and international standard organizations, track the development of testing method standards by international organizations and relevant countries, conduct comparative studies between issued GB standards and AOAC/ISO/IDF standards, strive to achieve four tracking evaluation goals, put forward suggestions for the formulation and revision of China's testing method standards, study standard methods of concern at home and abroad, and promote the transformation of China's standards into international standards.

参加会议的专家分别就各自在工作中遇到的问题进行了交流和研讨,就深化国标与国际标准对比研究,优化现行方法,加强特医食品、新型污染物、功能性成分检测等领域标准制修订上达成了广泛共识。同时要求充分发挥和利用跟踪评价平台,加强与国际组织合作,加强国内外标准协调研究,推动我国标准向国际标准转化,为与会者提供了宝贵的参考。

Experts attending the meeting exchanged and discussed the problems they encountered in their respective work. They reached a broad consensus on deepening the comparative study between national standards and international standards, optimizing existing methods, and strengthening the formulation and revision of standards in fields such as special medical purpose foods, new pollutants, and functional component testing. At the same time, it was required to fully utilize the tracking evaluation platform, enhance cooperation with international organizations, strengthen research on domestic and international standard coordination, and promote the transformation of China's standards into international standards, providing valuable references for the participants.


近年来在国家食品安全风险评估中心的支持下,AOAC 中国分部承担了食品安全检验方法国家标准与国际标准协调性研究及跟踪评价的牵头工作;在各相关参与单位的共同努力下,系统性研究了相关国家、地区和国际组织的食品检验方法标准体系,开展了 60 多项 GB 与 AOAC/ISO/IDF 标准比对研究, 对 30 余项国家标准进行了修订, 同步制修订了两项国家标准和国际标准,推荐了 4 项国家标准转化为国际标准。

In recent years, with the support of the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, the AOAC China Division has taken the lead in coordinating and tracking the evaluation of national standard methods for food safety testing with international standards. Through the joint efforts of various relevant participating units, a systematic study was conducted on the food testing method standard systems of relevant countries, regions, and international organizations. More than 60 comparative studies were carried out between GB (national standards) and AOAC/ISO/IDF standards, over 30 national standards were revised, two national standards and international standards were formulated or revised simultaneously, and four national standards were recommended for conversion into international standards.
